Nigeria’s President-elect, General Muhammadu Buhari will on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 address all incoming legislators – senate and house of representatives.
According to Garba Shehu, the Director of Media and Publicity for the All progressives Congress (APC) Presidential campaign organisation, asides addressing the legislators-elect, general Buhari will also formally inaugurate his transition committee, expected to interface with the team put together by President Goodluck Jonathan.
Shehu said: “Yes, the President-elect will inaugurate his transition committee tomorrow (today). He is scheduled to meet with the elected members of the party in the House of Representatives and will also receive visiting dignitaries as usual.”
