Wike doesn’t have the mandate to be Governor – Rivers APC insists


Chief Nyesom Wike of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who is billed to be sworn in today as Governor of Rivers State, does not have the mandate of the people to serve in that capacity, the State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has said.

2 teenage brothers co-develop mobile web browser


Brothers, 13-year-old Osine Ikhianosime and 15-year-old Anesi Ikhianosime have stamped their mark on the Nigerian web designing map after they co-developed a mobile web browser.

Osine and Anesi, both students atGreensprings School, Anthony Campus, Lagos, jointly designed the code for their browser named ‘Crocodile Browser Lite’ but the eldest, Anesi, designs the user interface (UI).

“Missing” $20 Billion: Ex CBN Governor Sanusi Says Audit Report Doesn’t Exonerate NNPC


Former Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) governor and current Emir of Kano,Muhammadu Sanusi, is still speaking out on the billions of dollars that NNPC allegedly failed to remit to the federation account.

After a meeting with President-elect, Muhammadu Buhari, the old and incoming governors of the All Progressives Congress, accused President Jonathan of destroying the economy.

Jealous Police Corporal Killed Inspector, Girl-friend, Self Over Love


An argument between a police corporal and his senior colleague, an inspector, over who actually owns a pretty female recharge card seller, ended in tragedy when the corporal corked his riffle, killed the card seller and the inspector, before killing himself.
