Address Your Certificate, Health, Human Rights Issues – Fani-Kayode Tells Buhari

The Director of Media and Publicity of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Presidential Campaign Organisation, Femi Fani-Kayode on Friday, March 20, 2015, challenged the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Candidate, Gen. Muhammad Buhari to clear the air on several pertinent issues, including his academic qualifications and health.
Fani-Kayode made the call in Abuja while addressing at a news conference in Abuja, stressing that it was pertinent for the former Military Head of State to address the issues in view of the forthcoming presidential polls, as it would better inform the choice of NIgerians at the polls.

Fani-Kayode also raised over 30 issues which he wants General Buhari to address, including the 1966 coup, the scandal at the Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF) whilst he was Chairman, and his role in the agitation for political Sharia in Northern Nigeria in 2000.

He said: “These are the questions that we would like Gen. Buhari to answer over the next few days before the presidential elections.”

He concluded by saying if General Buhari refused to address the questions raised, the PDP would take it that he is guilty on all charges and therefore unfit to rule the country.
