PDP House of Reps Candidate Ujam Caught with 4,000 PVCs Receives INEC Certificate of Return

Last month, it was all over the news about PDP House of Representatives candidate, Chukwuemeka Ujam, who contested for the Nkanu East/West seat, and was reportedly caught with 4,000 PVCs in Enugu State.
According to several online reports, INEC has presented Ujam with a certificate of return despite the scandal.
